Reiki Treatment
Reiki sessions are conducted fully clothed, with the client lying on a massage table with pillows and blankets for optimal comfort. I will use a combination of hands on and hands off healing, focusing on the chakras and any areas of pain or discomfort. As I am an intuitive healer, I can often direct energy to areas of concern without guidance but please let me know if there's anything in particular you would like me to focus on. For example, physical problems and pain to sensations of stuck energy in the body like bloating or headaches.I will use reiki symbols to enhance the energetic healing. Clients often feel very relaxed, sleepy (in a positive way) calm and very light after a session. There can also be enhanced understanding, awareness or insight into issues or problems that you are experiencing.

Long distance reiki
Reiki is an energy that can work tremendously well over long distances. Long distance healings are an option giving you freedom and flexibility, from the comfort of your own home. I will set up and use reiki symbols, your name and your photo, to channel energy to you. These sessions work best when you are lying comfortably and distraction free at the same time and for the entire duration that I am channeling energy. If you are busy or can't organise a distraction free environment at a suitable time, the treatment will still work, however the effects may be less noticeable then if you are in a place of relaxation.

Chakra Balancing
A gentle energy healing with reiki that utilizes crystals to balance chakras and unblock stuck energy within the body. I will scan your body and tune into your energy then intuitively choose the crystals for you based on your needs so we can rebalance and reconnect all the chakras of the body. They will placed both on and around the body to accelerate healing, unblock energy and bring the chakras into alignment.

Eft & Matrix Reimprinting
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and Matrix Reimprinting are used within a single session depending on the issue we are working on. Both modalities work extremely well with one another and allow for accelerated healing to take place.
An initial session must be booked prior to a basic session. During an initial session, additional time is allocated for us to get to know one another, to discuss your needs and goals and to ensure you feel safe and comfortable with me and the process.
Each session will be tailored to the concerns that arise for you, with your larger goal in mind. When booking in for EFT and Matrix, keep in mind that it is most beneficial to have a series of sessions so you can heal on many levels, address any blockages and receive long term healing benefits. Imagine that it's like any other therapy, such as physiotherapy or cognitive behavioural therapy, the more sessions you attend, the better the results.
